Family Pics...

Me and my boys...
Me and Jeremy...

My silly boys...

Me and Gentry...

By the River...We had a good friend (thanks Manda) take some pics in Logan Canyon last friday. The sun was really bright and didn't give us a lot of good shots, but Amanda is good and we got quite a few good ones. (enough to fill my frames...) :) Right at the end my boys were finally getting the idea of what we were doing and were starting to cooperate like little 4-yr-olds do and the sun was starting to go down but we ran out of memory on the camera. We weren't sure what we got but as I looked through there's enough and some very good ones I think. Anyways, I thought I would share some...enjoy!

Zoo and Park adventure

A couple of weeks ago I had the fun time of watching my nieces and nephews from Boise while their mother participated in a bike ride called, "the Little Red Riding Hood" just for women. Abi, Emma, and Logan spent the night with us and we had a party. I took them to the zoo and here they are feeding the ducks. I gave them money before we left the house and told them if they lost the money they wouldn't be able to feed the ducks. As we got over there, they didn't know what they were supposed to do with the money, so while I was waiting in line for the food, I had to stop the kids from throwing the dimes out to the ducks. They thought the ducks were going to actually eat the money instead of buying food. It was really funny. I guess I should have made myself more clear. :)
We walked through the zoo and almost at every gate, all the kids lined up like this to look and watch the animals moving around. We showed up at the right time. all of the animals were out and about.

Along with the zoo always comes the long awaited park! After we fed the ducks (which took a total of about 15 minutes max) we went to the park for a couple of hours, so they could burn some energy off.here is a "big turtle" that was crawling around. He was really close to the fence and the kids wanted to touch him, but I didn't want them to get their fingers bit cuz he was a little on the hungry side.

Here is the cookies we all made when they spent the night. I topped them with whip cream. It was a fun little treat. We also made popcorn and pancakes and mac n cheese with squeeze-its. It was really fun!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JEREMY AND GENTRY!!!

Here is our cousin Shontel, Aunt Tami, Aunt Elise, and Grandma Keller. They all came over for our 4th birthday!
We got umbrellas from the Easter bunny, and Mommy got us new bikes for our birthday! We are such big boys!

Gentry being silly under his umbrella! There is a nice shot of his new bike's handle bar.

Here is Jeremy hiding behind his umbrella pole. Here is a another half picture of their new bikes.

Gentry is busy opening presents. He is very consumed in whatever he is holding in his hand.

Jeremy is ripping apart the paper. Looks like he has mastered the art of opening his presents.

They were VERY specific about how they wanted their birthday cakes: They both wanted a kite cake, with chocolate frosting and sprinkles, with toys on top and candy. I think I covered it all. :) Also, Jeremy wanted a purple cake and Gentry wanted a green cake.

I must say I think I did a pretty good job!!! You can see Jeremy's purple cake here and Gentry's in the back. I mixed a whole bottle of food coloring into a white cake and they turned out pretty cool looking. The toys on top were helicopters, to make the kite 'fly' They thought it was pretty fun.

Happy birthday to my boys! I love you!!!

Happy Easter!!!

Jeremy and Gentry had a great time finding and opening up their eggs to find the prize inside.
The prizes ranged from fruit snacks to monies (pennies, nickels, and dimes).
In this picture they were on the hunt for some more eggs.

The Easter bunny left a big hollow chocolate easter bunny, to which they of course loved!

Gentry is shakin his egg cuz he hears something inside...hmmmm wonder what it is??

Loving the snow!!

Here are some really cute pics of Jeremy and Gentry playing in the snow. I'm not sure what they found, but they were trying to pull it out of the ground to no avail.

While they were climbing up the hill to go 'far away' Gentry wanted to have Jeremy help him. He said, "let's help eachother Jeremy" and as you can see, Jeremy is pulling him up with him. It was really cute.

With Jeremy's help, they made it as far as they could. They felt like such big boys!!

Good times!!

Me and Jenny had some silly moments last night. In the top picture I was trying to hide behind the leaf, but it looks like I was smelling it. The other pictures were of us trying to 'hide' in as many things we could while we were waiting for our dinner. We had a good time :) thanks JZ!!

So this is kind of a saturday or sunday ritual. My kids love to eat on the floor. (No, I don't make them...I have a very nice table and a bar they can sit at) But they love to sit on the floor. Also, their favorite food is of course...cereal! If I would let them they would eat it morning, noon, night, and snack in between.

Ok, so lil Eliot is not my only brand new nephew...My sister also recently had her baby Bryce Lorenzo Watson, in December. He is absolutely a cutie as well. His nickname is Baby buddies, because his older brother Logan won't share his nickname of 'buddies' but he will allow 'baby buddies.' Luv my nieces and nephews. :)

So here are some more pics of my new lil nephew...his name is Eliot Jesse Keller. He is so adorable. He's so little, but he looks really healthy! Jesse and his two boys, Ethan and Eliot. Luv you guys!

Baby Keller has arrived 6 lb 10 oz 21"

So this is my new lil nephew. My brother Jesse and his wife Shawna live in Japan, and on Jan. 20 they welcomed him into the world. I got these via the computer, since they live far away, I wanted to share him with all of you! I don't think they've picked out a name yet, but it looks as though Shawna and the baby is doing fabulous. The pictures above, Jesse is trying to distract Shawna by playing cards, and dancing for her so she doesn't think about the contractions. Gotta love him...it's his first biological child, and her 2nd. Congratulations!! Love you guys!!

One, Two, Three....Slide!!!

So, Jason has a road next to his house that has a lotta ice on it. We took a walk down there one day, and showed Jeremy and Gentry how to slide on the ice. The pictures are in the wrong order, but if you look at the last one, they are practicing, and the second they are getting better, but the first was a little bit more slippery I guess, and first Jeremy fell (when they count to 3, he immediately goes stiff and gets pulled), while Jason was trying to not let him hit his head he lost his balance, and it threw Gentry off his mojo. Jason didn't want to let go of Gentry, but he also didn't want to squash Jeremy. They all fell down and bonked their heads. I was laughing so hard. Gentry got scared, but they both were at it again within a couple of minutes.e

So this is really cute. Our cousins from Boise came down, and both of my kids and my nephew are the same age. (there is actually 6 boys all of the same age in our family. All 3 years old) Well, my nephew Logan has made the reputation of being tuff, and when he was younger he kind of pushed my kids around, and they are a little intimidated of him. My dad had a great idea during one of their visits, and decided to see who was stronger. As you can see Jeremy (on the left) is focusing really hard, and Logan seems to be enjoying himself without really putting any effort into it. Needless to say Logan won and as soon as he did he jumped up with his hands in the air and started shouting 'YAY!' It was quite comical. Jeremy just sat on the floor with a look of disappointment on his face. But he tried really hard!!

Look how tuff I am Mom!!

So when it was really snowy a few weeks ago, my son Gentry got out the snow shovel and said, 'look how tuff I am Mom! Take a picture!' So I had to grap the camera. He loves to shovel the snow...at least this way when he gets older and doesn't want to, I can show him these pics and remind him how much he LOVED to shovel.

McDonalds fun!!

This is Gentry and my little Sister Elise playing on the toys at McDonalds play place. This is a tradition in my family that whenever the grandkids come to visit, grandma takes everyone to Mcdonalds to play and eat. This trip was great. My brother came down from California and he somehow managed to get everyone (yes, adults too) on the toys and down the slide. I'm thinking the workers were glad to see us leave!
So after all of my friends have been hounding me to start...here I am!! An official BLOGGER!! it will probably take me a little bit to get the hang of this, but hang in there! I'm hoping this will be a good way for friends and family far away to keep updated on my family.
